A custom Color Profile costs $25.00, and a custom Advanced Black & White profile costs $15.00.  I provide a wide variety of payment options through PayPal, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, even bank transfers using PayPal.  You can send a check, but delivery of your order will be slowed considerably while waiting for the check to clear.  I do not recommend sending a cash payment through the mail.
